Results Contracting Services (RCS) is our family-owned small business located in Kawakawa, Te Tai Tokerau (Northland).
We are passionate about supporting our surrounding communities, people, community growth and development, social return, and general employment.
We are committed to delivering on quality general contracting services throughout the Mid-North.
OUR STORY
Rewiri and his wife Jess relocated home to Northland in October 2020 to make a difference to the Northland community. Results Contracting Services was established to work hand in hand with our local communities, businesses and individuals to provide employment, mentorship, support and development pathways to create a robust platform to encourage the development of employment opportunities in Northland.
Our whānau owned business, operates through these three values:

Rewiri and Jess are the joint owners of the growing small business. Rewiri works full time in the business and manages all projects.
We nurture our team through continuous improvement and learning. The team are expected to attend courses and workshops frequently to enable upskilling. Our team have personal development plans that outline their annual learning objectives, goals and targets. This allows us to ensure our team are prepped and ready to bring you the best services you need.
Our workforce strategy is about creating meaningful employment. We do this by having a mentoring and coaching plan for our individual team members. We also do this by ensuring Health and Safety best-practices, are in place to care for our teams holistic wellbeing while at work.
